Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing refers to a process where digital 3D design data is used to build up a component in layers by depositing material. The term "3D printing" is sometimes used interchangeably or as another name for Additive Manufacturing. We use a verity of processes to bring your ideas to life. FDM - Fused Deposition Modeling
Fused Deposition Modeling creates parts layer-by-layer with engineering-grade thermoplastics.
PolyJet
PolyJet is a process which jets and cures thin layers of liquid photopolymer with UV energy.
SLA - Stereolithography
Stereolithography builds parts layer-by-layer using a UV laser to solidify liquid photopolymer resins.
DMLS - Direct Metal Laser Sintering
Direct Metal Laser Sintering fuses powdered metal and alloy materials with a high-wattage laser to produce robust, metal parts
